Triple S Plumbing is one of those companies that contracts with home warranty companies. They know how to work the system and they profit from it significantly. They came and wrote two sentences down about the problem and my warranty claim was denied. They offered to still complete the work for $1,800 and I ended up going with another vendor for $800. The technician who came out also said that the drains on side of the building were gas pipes that should be covered. I told him those were the rain drains from the roof. Do yourself a favor and find a more respectable and experienced plumbing company. And don't buy into home warranties--they're a scam!

Great customer service and got an appointment quickly. Plumber tech was very knowledgeable and prepared, had answers to all my questions and completed all the repairs in less than 30 minutes. Would happily hire them again for our plumbing needs.
